First Fridays Concerts in the Courtyard presents Horseboy Blues

Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center

This concert will feature Anthony Boatner and his band Horseboy Blues, which originated in 2020, consisting of lead singer-songwriter and guitarist Anthony Boatner (AKA Cowboy P), along with Dakota (Lead Guitarist and Singer), and Nat (the Drummer). Together they have been touring the Tidewater Area and Richmond, VA, performing and making a joyful sound wherever they may be.
